"Hey Cyrus, we always appreciate feedback. Unfortunately, there wasn't much we could do for your situation. We cannot backdate cancellations to simply remove a billed amount nor can we remove an amount due for coverage that was requested. If we had made an error we would absolutely own it and fix it, but we don't have any control over billing disputes because you don't want to pay. I'm sorry you felt compelled to leave us a negative review and wish you the best in your insurance journey."
