"I recently left this agency after having a disappointing experience. I was transferred here, a few years back, after my agent retired. I had been with State Farm for almost 40 years.
I have had many issues with them, over the years, including poor communication and disorganization. It often took multiple follow-ups just to get a response.
There is a review on here from 2025 that pretty much sums up my experience as well.
Overall, the service fell well short of my expectations, particularly given my long-term loyalty. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value responsiveness and clear communication."

"tldr; find a different firm.

The firm failed to manage plans as per our conversations then billed me incorrectly. I wouldn't allow them to charge for it. They refused to respond to the dispute simply demanding payment and threatening collections. It was only < 3% of my total yearly spend and they chose to lose all my business.

I can't recommend working with them given the number of options out there.

Insurance is a commodity -- don't work with them."
